Human Resource Audit and Planning Project

The Dominica Public Service (DPS) is currently undergoing various aspects of change and has engaged the services of the Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD) to conduct a Human Resource (HR) Audit and Planning Project.

The HR Audit and Planning Project will be implemented from November 2009 to August 2010 and involves the performance of a human resource audit, development of a human resource plan and development of succession plans for all ministries and departments within the Public Service.
