Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the position of Administrative Officer, Facilities, Ministry of Finance.

Duties

Under the direction of the Financial Secretary, the Administrative Officer/Facilities is required to supervise and coordinate the activities related to the maintenance, janitorial and security of the Financial Centre and other facilities occupied by Divisions of the Ministry of Finance; carry out routine security and maintenance checks in consultation with the technicians for authorization and approve of minor repairs to fixtures and fittings to be undertaken on various premises and monitor compliance with security arrangements at the various facilities occupied by the Divisions of the Ministry of Finance.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must hold a first degree or a postgraduate diploma or diploma in the field of Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related field with knowledge in plumbing and electrical works.

Remuneration

Salary will be at the Pay Scale 4 - 2 $51,606.84 to $55,538.76.

Applicants must have at least three (3) year's work experience.

The candidate must be able to work with little supervision and must be capable of multi-tasking.
