Procurement Specialist - St. Lucia

The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Caribbean Digital Transformation Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) entail overall responsibility for all procurement activities under the Project, and include inter alia preparation and/or updating of the Project Procurement Strategy for Development; preparing, revising and updating the Procurement Plan; preparation and/or review of relevant documents; seeking the necessary approvals; and monitoring and reporting on the status of procurement activities. The Consultant will be required on a full-time basis, on site at the Project Implementation Unit in St. Lucia for period of eighteen (18) months, inclusive of a six-month probationary period. The expected start date of the contract is September 1, 2025.
